Saroj Group of Companies is the legacy of a true legend and leader Shri. Parashuram Shankrao Jadhav. A humble man who didn’t just dream but worked relentlessly to accomplish it by proving that real education doesn’t come out of schools but out of curiosity and hard work.

He was affectionately called Bapu by employees of the Saroj Group of Companies because of his warm personality and caring nature.

Bapu had ability to grasp complex engineering designs and contraptions, hence he became master in manufacturing of intricate castings such as Cylinder Head.

On January 26, 1964 Bapu strived through his imagination and industrious business style, experimented with different innovations and state – of – the – art machinery using modern technology to establish Saroj Group of Companies.
