Patterns & Core boxes, required for Cylinder Head manufacturing has utmost importance. Pattern making activities are fully equipped with latest technologies. They are designed & developed with the help of CAD / CAM Software as well as with Reverse Engineering Technology.

CAD / CAM

CAD

We have standardized our activities on `Pro-Engineer & Delcam's Powershape'. These software's assists in Moulding the components splitting it into appropriate parts & generating NC tool paths respectively.

CAM

For CAM activities we relay on Delcam's `Power Mill' the CAM software. Tooling designed in Pro-Engineer, Power shape & Reverse engineering scan data by using Atos White Light Scanner is a input for Power Mill. Here, we generate effective & optimised Nc tool paths & execute them on VMC to produce metallic patterns & core boxes.
